Northampton Dental Clinic is now open and taking new patients

If you live in Northampton and have tried to see a dentist lately, you probably know the routine. Weeks on a waiting list for a check-up, a phone that rings out, and nothing at all on a Sunday evening when a tooth decides to flare up.

Northampton Dental Clinic is open. Dencorp's newest practice, at 55 St Leonards Road, is now seeing patients for appointments and consultations — seven days a week, with same-day emergency slots and check-ups at £27.

In April we announced that the clinic was coming this summer. That is what has opened: a brand new, purpose-built clinic, accepting new patients now.

Open seven days a week, until late

Most of us cannot take a morning off work every time we need a filling. You'll find us at 55 St Leonards Road, Northampton, NN4 8DL, and the opening hours are:

• Monday to Friday — 8am to 8pm
• Saturday and Sunday — 9am to 5pm

What's on offer

Everything we promised in April is now available to book:

• Check-ups and hygiene — a £27 check-up with a full dental exam, radiographs and oral hygiene advice, plus an in-house hygiene team specialising in preventing and treating gum disease.
• Emergency dental care — same-day appointments for severe toothache, broken or chipped teeth, knocked-out teeth, lost fillings or crowns, abscesses and infections.
• Cosmetic dentistry — teeth whitening, composite bonding, veneers and smile design.
• Restorative care — fillings, crowns, bridges, dentures, dental implants and root canal treatment.
• Orthodontics — Invisalign, starting with a £49 consultation.
• Extractions and oral surgery — including surgical and wisdom tooth extractions.

If you're nervous about the dentist, say so when you book — the team uses gentle techniques.

Prices you can read before you book

We are not an NHS practice and operate independently. This is the Affordable Dencorp model, now in Northamptonshire: fees kept low for the most common treatments, so you can be treated quickly and safely rather than sitting on a long NHS waiting list. Prices for appointments on or after 24 August 2026:

• New patient exam — £27
• Children's exams — £10 for ages 2 to 6, £15 for 7 to 12 and £20 for 13 to 18, with fissure sealants at £27 and a children's hygiene visit (under 16) at £49.
• Emergency appointment — £49
• Hygienist from £69 — a standard clean is £69, advanced periodontal treatment £95, and a premium clean with Airflow stain removal £115.
• Fillings — amalgam from £69, composite from £79
• Root canal — from £395
• Extraction — £190
• Porcelain crown — £680

The full list, including dentures, implants, whitening and mouth guards, is on the clinic's fees page. For treatments from £500 there are 0% interest finance plans through Tabeo, over 3 to 12 months with no upfront deposit. Applicants need to be 18 or over, and the eligibility check does not affect your credit score.

Opening offers

A few seasonal offers are running at the moment. They are subject to change, so check the offers page before you book:

• Composite bonding — from £290 per tooth, with a £49 consultation.
• Boutique Whitening — £299, with results in as little as two to three weeks.
• Dental implant package — £1995 including the CBCT scan, implant placement and crown, a saving of up to £800.
• Invisalign Go — from £3200 with a free iTero scanner consultation, one set of retainers and 0% finance. A £250 deposit is required to proceed, and the offer runs until 31 December 2026.

How to book

The quickest route is the online booking portal, which registers you automatically and lets you choose a slot straight away. Other ways in:

• New patient form — fill in the new patient form and the team will reply by email and SMS once you're registered. One form per family member, and each adult needs their own email address.

Cancellations are free with more than 24 hours' notice. Inside 24 hours a deposit is charged, hygienist appointments are charged at 50%, and late arrival costs £25 per 15 minutes.
